ScrollyStory in Notion ?

I am fascinated by scrollystorytelling, where functions are run based on scrolling events. Example: https://pudding.cool/2018/12/countries/

The easiest way I found to implement this is using scrollama library:
Examples:
https://russellgoldenberg.github.io/scrollama/sticky-side/
https://russellgoldenberg.github.io/scrollama/sticky-overlay/
Code for above pages:

Is something similar possible with notion ? I feel this code be done if you specify the ids
Step elements and inject script code based on that ? But I am not expert here. Looking your thoughts.

Is there an easy way to add header and footer without replicating content on every page?

Is there an easy way to add header and footer without replicating content on every page ? I have seen couple of sites in the super’s market section but I guess they replicate the footer content on every page, is there a way to inject the footer as html and it gets replicated. I like the footer and nav bar of super main page. Also can I change the background color of navigation bar ?

Is it possible to adjust left and right margin space ?

Does memberspace integration require release of Notion API ?

With notion2site, hostnotion and fruition - competition is definitely heating up. Thoughts?!
